Your First Class

Starting something new can feel daunting, but we'll make sure your first visit is relaxed and enjoyable.

 

When you arrive, one of our instructors will welcome you, introduce you to the class and explain what to expect. You'll be guided through the session at your own pace, with no pressure and no previous experience required.

Do I need previous martial arts experience?

Not at all. Complete beginners are welcome, and our instructors will guide you through each technique at a comfortable pace.

What age can children start?
 

Children can begin training from age six. Teenagers and adults are also welcome, with teaching adapted to different ages and abilities.

How much does training cost?
 

Your first trial class is free, with no obligation. We’ll explain the current membership options before you decide whether to continue.
