For your first lesson, simply wear comfortable sports clothing and bring a bottle of water. If you decide to join, we'll advise you on purchasing a Tang Soo Do dobok (training uniform).
Not at all. Many students begin with little or no previous fitness experience. Training is designed to help improve your fitness gradually while developing strength, flexibility and confidence.

There is no fixed timescale. Progress depends on regular attendance, commitment and demonstrating the required technical knowledge, attitude and understanding at each grading.
Yes. Parents and guardians are welcome to watch children's classes where facilities allow. We encourage families to support students throughout their martial arts journey.
